Darren Macdonald
President, Shepherd Multimedia

With almost 20 years of experience in the multimedia industry, Darren has personally designed thousands of church projection systems.  He is "tech - geek" enough to make the system work but "real" enough to make sure that it makes sense to your volunteer operators.  He truly has a passion for helping churches maximize their impact for Christ via the use of technology.

Darren lives in Flower Mound, Texas with his wife and four children.  He enjoys skiing and working outside around the house, but spends most of his time in seat 20B on an American Airlines flight.

Josh Lyon
Shift Worship

Software and Media trainer

Josh Lyon is the Operations Manager and co-owner of Shift Worship. Shift creates visual media and video sermon illustration for churches. With the necessity of using presentation software to display visual media, Josh has extensive knowledge and experience with all of the top church presentation software programs on the market.

Josh lives in the Dallas Ft. Worth area with his wife, son and daughter (coming soon).  Josh began his career in church media in 1995 designing and installing church projection systems. Josh also spends time training and consulting churches about presentation software, and the effective use of media in their services.

Mitchell Lyon
Shift Worship

Software and Media trainer

Mitchell is the Creative Manager and co-owner of Shift Worship. Shift focuses on creating visual media specifically designed for the Church. Over the last four years, he's been in charge of the production and creation of thousands of media files, including video sermon illustrations, motion backgrounds, long play backgrounds, countdown clocks and still backgrounds.

In 2004, Mitchell graduated from the Art Institute of Colorado with an emphasis in video production. Along with the startup of Shift Worship, Mitchell has had the opportunity to travel worldwide shooting content and working with various clients, including MercyMe and Wycliffe Bible Translators.
